The menu is diverse, everything on it is delicious and the service can't be beat. The rooms are clean, large and well-appointed. There isn't an elevator for all the rooms but the service makes up for that.

It's a wonderful old building close to the river, very well renovated to a superior standard. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are large. Our family had two rooms (#4 and #5), the first one with 35m² the other one with 25m². We loved the design throughout - the wall colours, the floorboards, the benches along the walls, the wood panels, etc. Breakfast has to be ordered in advance, but I'd advise to take it. It's of great quality, plentiful, and the breakfast room is nice. The old part of the town is just 5 mins walking distance away. Be aware, it's not a hotel with a reception, hence the name Gästehaus (guesthouse). The upside of this is, the rooms are equipped with a fridge, a sink, cutlery, plates and cups. In the evenings we saw guests eating takeaway food in the breakfast room. Very convenient if you don't want to eat out every day.
