Also in 5-20 min walking distance to beautiful crystal clear beaches, Ghiae, Padullela, Capo Bianco.

The property has an outdoor dining area. Amazing place and great owners. The room was nice and clean, the location is perfect and calm. I had a great stay, thank you for everything!

The units have a safety deposit box. A great place, that made the days at Elba perfect. Staying at a vineyard in Italy is a dream (even for me who doesn't drink). It was a quiet and nice place. The staff helped us much more than they had to. Because of a misunderstanding, we didn't get our car with us on the ferry to the island. The owners brought us, and drove us back to the centre the day after (to pick up our car). It had a nice swimming pool with sun beds. The breakfast was a perfect start of the day. They make their own wine and olive oil.

They went out of their way to accommodate our requests and make our stay a nice one.

The property has city views and is 23 km from Cabinovia Monte Capanne. The bed and breakfast has a fax machine and photocopier and an ATM machine that guests can use. We had a fantastic stay of a week at this bnb. Perfectly located right at the main town square among nice restaurants and the marina, the hosts have really gone out of their way to create a beautiful place to spend your days on the island of Elba. Very clean and nicely decorated rooms, fitted with airconditioning and spacious bathroom. The host prepared a generous breakfast featuring everything from croissants, various cakes, fresh fruits, cereals and great cappuccino. We were offered great advice for trips, nearby beaches and restaurant recommandations. We can't recommend this place enough!

The nearest airport is Marina di Campo Airport, a 40-minute drive from the property. - Chiara was a perfect host - breakfast was sweet (cakes and rusks) with a large selection of fruit. - the room was thoroughly cleaned and tidied every day! - Location 1: perfect for peace and quiet but only a 10 minutes walk from Marciana and a 10 minute drive from Marciana di Marina. - Location 2: because it's in the mountains, it's much more pleasant there overnight than in a place with a beach or harbour - Location 3: you can go hiking immediately and cool off in the pool in the evening

Carlotta is wonderfully responsive, answering all of the transportation questions I had prior to the trip ever so promptly and helpfully. Breakfast will give you a good start to the day with fresh fruit, yogurt, meats, hard boiled eggs and various packaged pastries. We were in town for the Elba Marathon and the location was a 3 min walk from the start-perfecto!
