The place is just beautiful!! Fully renovated and very well thought out. We had the 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms on the top floor which had a spectacular view of the rolling hills of Barolo. A nice kitchen for breakfasts and the parking is perfect. We felt right at home. It’s nice to have restaurants nearby that you can walk to if you do not wish to drive out. Bellissimo posto Francesca! I had such a wonderful stay at La Meridiana d'Alba and can’t recommend it highly enough. The owners were absolutely lovely, so warm, welcoming and genuinely helpful. They even gave me a lift to the train station when I was leaving, which saved me from dragging my suitcase over cobblestones in the heat. Such a kind gesture! The room itself was beautiful, spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was great, the air conditioning worked perfectly (a real bonus in summer), and there was a huge patio off the room that was perfect for relaxing. They’d thought of everything: snacks, breakfast items, coffee, water, you name it. The location is ideal too, peaceful yet just a short walk from the heart of Alba and several great cafes and restaurants near it. I only wish I could have stayed longer. This place is a real gem and I’d absolutely stay again!

Our flight was cancelled due to airport strikes which meant we got to the property really late. The owners could not have been more helpful and accommodating and stayed up as late as it took to let us in with such a warm welcome. The hotel is in a beautiful old building looking out onto the square, but the rooms are so modern with amazing interior design and a large bath that we didn’t get a chance to use. The breakfast was also lovely, with savoury and sweet treats. Would highly recommend and wish we could have stayed longer!
