Real Rooms is situated in La Spezia, a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 1.2 km from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park. Room was very clean, host was really helpful and friendly provided us with reccomendations in the area. Close to the train station but quiet. Would reccomend!

Charming, beautifully restored stone house blends perfectly with the historic village atmosphere. The rooms are cozy, well-decorated, and full of character, offering a perfect mix of comfort and authenticity. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh and delicious options to start the day. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the picturesque bridge and castle.

Great historic area around and excelent breakfast. We only stayd one night but it was everything we could hope for.

It was clean, modern with a great location. The service was outstanding, and the communication Stefano was great. He always answered quickly and did whatever he could to make our stay as good as possible. He met us when we arrived, helped us with our luggage (it was a lot) and he had fixed a parking spot for us right outside the apartment. He even bought a special orthopaedic pillow to us that was placed outside our door. We have actually nothing bad to say. It was a bit noisy outside, but that is to be expected when staying so close to everything.
