The owner family was friendly and helpful both before our arrival and during our stay. We do not expect there is daily room cleaning service! The hotel is close to the train station (3 minutes by walk). Nearby areas is quiet at all times. It is a great base for hiking and travel to Cinque Terre. Highly recommended! 👍

Everything was perfect, I highly recommend it.
