Comfy rooms that were clean, spacious and decorated beautifully - slept well too! Amazing breakfast with lots of choice and good service. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location - near city centre but enough out of it to be quiet, near Brignole station for getting out of the city.

Great place, great hosts, great location. It is very easy to walk into the city centre, where there are loads of restaurants etc. There is parking here and the flat is really cool to sit and relax for a bit.

Great location, less than 10 mins from station. In heart of the old town but quiet. Gabriele was a great host with lots of tips. We explored Cinque Terre from here, staying 3 nights. Lovely breakfast.

Very helpful staff; large, quiet and very comfortable room; excellent location close to the station (we were travelling by train) but near to the old city centre. Excellent breakfast.

Great location just two steps away from the city center. Spacious room with a big private terrace. Great value for money. Read a lot of comments about the lack of amenities but let's not forget this is a Guesthouse not a hotel so we cannot expect to have the same amenities. Overall it was a very good experience, would definitely recommend.
