Northern lights in front of the most wonderful mountains, having a hot chocolate offered by the host with the most delicious Christmas cookies. As if this were not enough, I suffered a mishap with my leg and suddenly Johan appeared with some saving crutches. When things are done with the heart, you can notice it. That is why we assure you that it is much more than just accommodation. We loved it so much that we came back again to enjoy it for a few more days, and we can only recommend it with all our strength.

I wish I could have stayed there for a month. It is perfect, beautiful, quiet and Wenche is an amazing host and a great cook.

Located in an historical building between Tromsø and Alta, Solhov, Castle of the Lyngen Alps features a restaurant, shared lounge, a garden and private beach area in Lyngseidet. Clean, great hosts, information and food. Had a great time!
