Engaging but discreet hosts. Room spacious, lovely bathroom and bed comfortable. Breakfast was terrific with good options.

Quiet and relaxing, breakfast setup was very convenient, seems to be tucked away from everything, but still close to town (~15 min drive) and not far from Tongariro Alpine crossing car park (~40 min drive). There are several common spaces available to guests such as the library, hot tub, sitting room and dining room.
