Everything was perfect from the begining until the end! Very nice place to stay, I recommend it at 100%. Billy and his partner are very nice, the room is perfect, nice people there, good vibes, very clean and great breakfast, it’s very valuable. The swimming pool area is great too. I will come back for sure, thanks a lot!

Beautifully designed, with an amazing pool, a relaxing hot tub, and ample space to lounge, socialize, or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Outdoor shower, sunscreen, and towels are all provided, making it easy to unwind and enjoy every moment in the sun. But what truly sets Augustine apart is the extraordinary hospitality. Carlos, the host, is the heart and soul of this place. He is warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, always checking in to make sure guests are happy and comfortable. His presence creates a welcoming, laid-back atmosphere that encourages you to relax, connect, and feel completely at home. It’s rare to find someone who so naturally embodies the spirit of great hospitality and Carlos does it effortlessly. The location was superb! I went for the Pride and it was just a short 12min walk to Wilton Dr. Also, all the bars and cool spots are nearby and if you're not into walking a $5 uber will do perfectly.

The host is a very nice and friendly person, he provided a lot of info about the area and he was available all the time during my stay. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, but still close to the shops, restaurants and Coral way trolley stop. There are some antique furniture in the apartment, which I liked.
