The location and view is exceptionally good, if you’d like to chill near Innsbruck. Store, restaurant is within walking distance too. Hosts are welcoming and very kind! The apartment is quite modern and absolutely clean. I went with my brother and 60+ parents and we had fabulous times there. :)

The view from dining room was amazing. I'm satisfied with staying at Marie place. Easy going cooperation and good communication skills. I got also Innsbruck card which allowed to use bus to the city and in the city - Innsbruck is very close, just 8 min by bus and the bus station is like 1 min walking. The kitchen well equipped.

The apartment is modern and very clean. There are many 220 volt outlets and there is one every place you might need one. The bus stop is a short walk and there are so many attractions to see with the purchase of an Innsbruck card. Anja is very nice and helpful and gave a good explanation of the apartment and how to use the public bus.

I rarely give perfect 10 scores, amd this is one of the very few places that deserve it. Clear directions in email. Parking spot available. Smooth check-in even though late at night. Beautiful, tastefully decorated room. Super comfy bed. I was amazed by the amount of kitchen tools and appliances at my disposal - my Lady and I cooked a lot! Great rain shower. Washing machine with integrated dryer available. Amazing view from the rather large terrace, and a dining table on it. Unfortunately it was far too cold in January to eat outside! Host is really lovely and friendly and helpful - thank you again for everything! There are all kinds of shops within two mins walking distance (pharmacy, supermarket, tabak, etc), and a rather large shopping centre a 2-3 minute drive away in Rum. Of note, public transport is excellent and located a 30-60 second walk from the house BUT it takes at least 25-30 min to the centre (including tram wait times) on weekdays and even more, as much as twice that, at night/sundays where services are fewer. Still, you can come back from the centre with a nightbus at any time of the night! -- which cannot be said for many other cities. Plan your journey times accordingly: google maps helps a lot). If you drive, parking in Innsbruck can get rather costly, but Sillpark shopping centre gives you 90 minutes free parking.

We stayed here as a family for 2 nights. Rooms were comfortable. The kitchen was very useful. The terrace is big and it was pleasant to spend time with the view. Access to the city center was easy. There is a train station in the immediate vicinity of the house and you can reach the city center with a 15-minute journey.

nice location, enough space for family, nice pantry, with all equipment available. Big dish washer and nice stove. The sitting place is comfortable and large. Nice beds. Fast internet. Parking place is suitable. All was met.
