The apartment was very well furbished and had a nice designer touch to it. There were some nice complementaries that are usually not included: oils, teas and chocolates, etc., so we were ok even when we forgot to buy some food items. We were two adults and two kids and fit on two levels (double-bed downstairs and an extendable sofa upstairs). There is a sauna and ski room in the building, the sauna area was quite empty. Finally, the host was very communicative, we stayed in touch before and during the stay,

Very friendly owner and everything always at hand! the location of the felber hüttn apartment is right next to the road, so you're on your way quickly. you have everything available in the apartment, stove, cooking utensils, etc. otherwise, the apartment is small, but it doesn't play a big role, because you are out in the sun all day, and in the evening it is good that you are in a small room, so that the room warms up quickly. a stove and additional electric heating are available for heating. the bedroom is very small! we also had sledges available for tobogganing and of course we took advantage of that every day on the "rodelbahn". the owner is very friendly and was always available. I recommend the location FELBER Hüttn - FALKERTSEE for families with small children who are not particularly demanding.
