This place is heaven! The hosts are very very nice and little house and garden are carefully arranged. Everything is new and immaculately clean. There is kitchen inside and outside, as well as bbq. Very well equiped. The whole plot is fenced, which is great if you have a dog. A lot of sitting area and nice garden to relax or play some games. No neighbors, no noise, just the sound of water. Nevertheless, close to shops and the city center. We were sad to go ;)

Great new villa, with wonderfull land around, perfect pool and really nice garden house by the river. The host was helpfull and we had a really good time in Bihač, nice city with reslly good restaurants and places to see ( watterfall trip was awesome ).

The sitting area in front the river was nice. The property clean with good AC and furniture. The good Jacizi with bluetooth connection to play music. The family was friendly and help full.

I had the pleasure of staying at this property, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that cleanliness and attention to detail were a top priority. The house was immaculate, and it immediately put us at ease. What truly stood out to us was the thoughtful design and modern amenities throughout the property. Having air conditioning in every room made our stay exceptionally comfortable, especially during the warm summer days. The inclusion of TVs in both the bedrooms and the living room added an extra layer of convenience, allowing us to unwind and relax after our daily adventures. One of the highlights of this property is the ample outdoor space. It's perfect for hosting a barbecue with family and friends, and the view of the beautiful River Una right in the yard is simply breathtaking. Being able to enjoy nature's beauty right from the property was a unique and memorable experience. In summary, this property offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and natural beauty. It's a place where you can relax, enjoy the amenities, and soak in the stunning surroundings. I wholeheartedly recommend it for anyone looking for a serene and enjoyable getaway. Also, the hosts are so kind and friendly!! They gave us instructions to see some landmarks and were available 24/7 if we had any problems.

There are three things that are exceptional about this property - the garden/pool, the hosts and the location. The garden with the pool is truly special, and is probably the best thing about the property. The hosts are also great. This place has fantastic reviews, and this is to a large extent because the hosts put so much effort into making sure their guests are happy. They really go the extra mile. The location is perfect - very close to Bihac, but also close to good restaurants and attractions. The house nicely designed - the interior design has been been done by the artist who also did the design for the nearby restaurants Natura Art and Hajducka cesma. The only slight downsides are that the kitchen is a bit cramped, as is the living room. But the positives very much outweigh the negatives. Overall a really nice stay.
