Emil and Maria are amazing hosts. They have their hands on every detail for your stay. The house is extremely clean, well organized, you have everything you need and if you don’t, they are available for you. Their house is designed for relaxation and convenience. We cooked at home multiple times and had everything we needed. The terrace is amazing. Emil even started a wood fire for us. They provide a separate mini fridge for each room in their home and each room has its own private bathroom. Truly, I would recommend this place to everyone visiting Devin.

We were warmly welcomed by Chrisi, our host. She made us feeling at home from the first moment! Chrisi surprised us with a fantastic banitsa, sparkling wine, sweets, fruits and aromatic candles. The apartment is freshly renovated, with new furniture, confortable beds. It provides airconditioners and flat screen TVs. Wi fi is accessible in the whole property and is free of charge. The citchen is fully equiped. Chrisi is client oriented, friendly and hepful host. She opened her hearth to us and arranged additional services we asked for: delishious New Year' Eve dinner; fresh food for the whole stay, home made confiture, transport; small folklor performance. Thank you, Chrisi!

The apartment is ideal for families with children. The location is excellent in the city center of Devin. Both bedrooms are spacious enough, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, the bathroom is modern and very clean. There is a renovated kids playground right in front of the building, our kids were very happy about it. A free parking lot, few restaurants and supermarkets are nearby too.The host was extremely polite and easy to communicate with. 🙂
