The location was great. It allowed us to randomly stop in on some wineries and during a future visit, some hikes. Our kids loved the plentiful fruit and nut trees and the fresh eggs from the chickens.

Easy to find it. Very big house, clean , comfortable with all necessary items included (towels, shappoo, Bbq , coffee machine, Tv, Fireplace, Wifi, Jacuzzi, Massage Chair). Host was very helpfull and kindly. Bbq area awesome. Pool very big and clean.

Big and beautiful house. The rooms are spacious, clean and tidy. The beds are big and comfortable. The kitchen is big, there is everything you need. The host served red wine and fruit in the evening (perfect by the roaring fireplace) and coffee, tea, croissants and other treats for breakfast. Thanks to him for such attention.

La posizione in cima alla montagna è a soli 15 min dal mare è bellissima e riposante, inoltre ci ha permesso di salvarci dal caldo soffocante che c'era sulla costa in questi giorni di agosto. Purtroppo nn riuscivamo a vedere neanche il mare per la foschia che c'era ma altrimenti la vista è stupenda. Faith è gentilissima e accogliente, ci ha invitato spesso per un caffè e una chiacchierata oltre a darci magnifica frutta e ortaggi dal suo orto.

Quiet and peaceful location, beautiful villa, beautiful surroundings. Well equiped kitchen, great outdoor bbq facilities. Specious, well maintained. The pool is good size and clean, patio area is shaded and very inviting. In-suite bathroom in all 3 bedrooms. A/C in all bedrooms and dining area. We had an amazing time at the villa, highly recommended.

Our recent stay at Almond Grove Villa has been one of our most relaxing holidays. This beautiful and luxurious accommodation has been decorated and furnished to an exceptional standard, offering pride of place in this traditional village of Simou. The villa is spacious and tastefully finished. The large open-plan lounge and dining area provide a great opportunity for large family groups to enjoy time spent together, preparing dishes in the kitchen which is well stocked with an extensive range of utensils to suit all culinary skills. All the bedrooms are beautifully presented with lots of storage space, comfortable beds, crisp linen and effective air conditioning units which are easy to operate- a wonderful necessity when temperatures at night this week have only dropped to 29 degrees! Every spacious bathroom is also beautifully finished with luxury tiles and extra personal touches such as a vanity kit. Aromatherapy toiletries are on offer and after a lazy afternoon spent by the pool or shopping in Polis, it is lovely to rejuvenate your skin with a bio olive oil, lime and basil body wash…..sensational! The villa benefits from a strong, stable WiFi signal and a private parking space on site through a secure gate. Nomads Properties had thoughtfully provided chilled bottled water on arrival and sachets of coffee and sugar. Elena, their representative had left some treats for us with a welcome note. We never met Elena but she popped in to water the outside plants one morning and left us some traditional Cypriot pie! The pool and outside dining area are where we spent much of our time. The pool’s temperature remains at a steady 30 degrees, is kept beautifully clean and maintained weekly. The sun loungers are new and very comfortable with optional parasols as required. Nicolas at the Nomads Team checked in with us by email at the beginning and end of our stay. He responded quickly and professionally to any queries. Thank you so much.
