The place was a perfect fit for us. We enjoyed our stay a lot. It is so fantastic to come back from a hot beach and enjoy the chilling cool of the home location - you are at the level of the clouds. If it is too chilly you light the fireplace and the house turns into a place shining with warmth and coziness. You can start hiking right from the place. You can go to the city or the beach. But if you spend a sunny day staying at the house you won't regret it. We are very grateful to the owners of the place for such a great vacation.

The location of this property is far up a hillside. A car is essential. It is very private, with a gated entry to a private driveway, and it's in the middle of an orchard. There are good restaurants within 10-15 minutes' drive. A large food market is further afield, but there are mini markets very close. It is central to sights on the north end of the island and also the volcano. The house is large, great for a family and entertaining. it boasts a well equipped kitchen, BBQ, two patios, a larger than usual washing machine, and plenty of parking space. There is a large bowl of fruit and a bottle of local red wine on the kitchen table at your arrival.

Julio is one of the best hosts i ever met. he's sending you all the necessary info that you need to know 2 weeks before the visit. he even answered to my texts 24/7 location is cozy with a very interesting interior design. if you want a quiet and retired place with the best view over the city, definetly this is you place.

Fantastic place, we loved every minute there. Amazing views over the ocean and to the snowy top of Teide. The apartment is lovely, with everything you need for your stay. We even got treated with Oranges from the garden…the smell of the orange trees is something I will remember for sure. There is a road underneath the house, but it didn’t bother us at all. During the night it’s very quiet and we slept so well. Highly recommended, we’ll come back!!!!

We really loved this place. Everything was really new and clean. Owner is very sweet and helpful. Streets are steep, but you can park the car (small one) into the yard. Just 100m away is very good bakery and shop and a bit further a local bar.
