It is a very large apartment. Perfect for families with a need for large space. Also it is so perfectly placed close to Mercadona and Lidl is in two km. All you need. The owner Luis is so hospitable and responsive. This apartment has a lot of additional features (including the bedding, towels, large laundry and drying space for your clothes). Absolutely amazing place!

We purchased a professional BBQ quick fire starter which we left there for the other tourists. Very close to motorway=quick to rest of the island. Tons of grocery shops in walking distance and all other facilities. Terrace faces east&south. Apartment has a character.

We really enjoyed staying here. We do not drive and we found the location to be perfect - close to the airport, walking distance to the supermarket and near to bus stops which took us anywhere we wanted to go. Gustavo met and and he showed us around the apartment - it was very clean with quality towels and bed lined and we had everything that we needed. The bathroom was modern and had a great shower. We especially enjoyed the terrace which was large and comfortable. It is in a quiet residential area, very peaceful and nice for relaxing. 10/10. I would love to stay here again in the future! Large 1st floor apartment in good condition, just like the pictures in Booking. The building is relatively new and located in the edge of a safe, working class neighborhood - you definitely get "the local experience". Very close to the highway access points, shopping complex and grocery stores nearby. A big plus is the access to a dedicated parking spot in the underground area of the building. You get a remote control to enter. And from there , an elevator to the apartment. The hostvwas very kind and responsive, especially when I mistakenly activated the security alarm of the apartment, lol.
