It was an oasis of calm, with beautiful gardens and a lovely pool to relax in. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and had everything you need for a few nights stay. The hosts were very friendly and attentive, the breakfast was excellent and lots of help was given by the hosts on where to visit locally. The property is very well situated to get to all local attractions, the beach and shops.

this is a fun property to stay in. there are lots of odd items and old books to look at. the owner kindly provided us with coffee pods and a bottle of pineau. the shower worked well and we played a couple of games of chess.

Our host was fantastic & very accommodating given that our arrival was late. The property was fabulous. It was very clean and comfortable. Linens & towels were provided and the gite had everything our family of 5 needed. It is situated less than 10mins from the nearest town and just around 25mins from La Rochelle. Perfect location for exploring the region. We would definitely recommend it & we would stay there again.
