We spent a great week in the comfortable, spacious, tasteful and fully furnished apartment in chateau d'Hugleville. We immediately felt at home there. We enjoyed the heated private swimming pool, the beautiful park with ancient trees, the silence around the chateau and the starry sky at night (it is still really dark here). Also important: the wifi in the apartment works perfectly, you could even have a (working) holiday here. There is much to see in the area, including the impressive chalk cliffs of Étretat, the enchanting Abbaye de Jumièges, Monet's colorful gardens, the city of Rouen with its half-timbered houses or the picturesque coastal town of Honfleur. Host Éric surprised us on the day of departure with a shared breakfast and a tour of the house. We hope that the guests after us will enjoy their stay here just as much. For us a holiday week we will never forget… We would like to come back sometime. Thank you Virginie and Éric, you are wonderful hosts, you made us feel welcome! Johan and Linda

We stopped at the Chateau de Grosfy for one night on our way to Bretagne. Our family of four had a whole suite with three bedrooms to ourselves and it was a great experience staying at this quirky and beautiful house. Our host Pierre was most forthcoming and flexible when we weren't able to arrive within the check-in hours. We met him the next morning when he fixed us the most fantastic breakfast including eggs from the chateau hens, warm croissants, home made marmelade. It was all lovely. Great value for money.

This place is truly a hidden gem! We did not arrive with much expectations, as I don't think the photos posted on booking does this place justice. With lots of skill and ingenuity, the owners have managed, with great care and respect, to convert the old buildings surrounding the old chateaux, into unique individualized apartments in close connection with nature, farm animals and facilities for fun and play. Each apartment is fully equipped and decorated with personal flair and offer a perfect mix of private sphere and connection to the common areas. From the moment we arrived we were blown away and had to go for a walk, just to take it all in and marvel at every detail of the place. You are free to move around the area, which includes the beautiful castle garden, enclosures for donkeys, horses, rabbits and chickens and even an old bar house that just stands there, like a piece of history, frozen in time. We were the only ones there that weekend, but even so, our daughter enjoyed every moment of it, and so did we. I believe that no 5-star hotel in the world can offer a family a better and more complete vacation experience than this place does. I give this place my highest recommendations!

Beautiful apartment, which has been finished well and has everything you might need. Location is very convenient near the autoroute, about an hour from Étretat, and half an hour from both Rouen and Dieppe. Dishwasher is a very welcome addition and tablets were provided. Check in and check out process was very simple.

Beautiful location. Very delicious breakfast. Service was great. The room has a lot of comfort and was very nice. Location was perfect. Near by Rouen and Dieppe. We really enjoyed our stay at Le clos des crins!
