Very well equipped with modern facilities. Good location we had a bit of a problem getting in as we had been sent an updated code by email , but had data roaming switched so did not see it on arrival. Host resolved the problem so all was good.

The owner is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The apartment has all facilities needed for a confortable stay. Big bright and clean apartment with terrace in a quiet area Car parking is free of charge and safe. Angolume is a beautiful city

This was one of the cleanest and beautifully designed rentals we’ve visited. No detail was overlooked (we had coffee, a washing machine, a guidebook to the city…). We even had an enclosed, private patio with table and chairs. We were close to downtown Angoulême (beautiful views) but still in a quit and safe neighborhood. Very comfortable for my family of four.

We really enjoyed time spend in Sillac. Accommodation is nice, clean, modern design. There was one big bed and sofa for sleeping, kitchen, fridge, washing machine, privat gate. We also appreciate the contactless check-in/check-out. All necessary info was provided to us in advance = Communication 100%. Certainly we will get back there, if we will have a chance in the future :)

Joel was very efficient and friendly with prompt replies to queries. The welcome cold drinks in the fridge were well received after a long journey. A surprise was the selection of teas and coffee capsules that were provided. The apartment was obviously newly refurbished inside with a clean modern decor. All fittings, appliances etc were brand new. It was exceptional well 'kitted out' with everything you would need even for a long stay eg washing machine The provision of dressing gowns, slippers and real quality towels was from our experience highly unusual for an apartment / hotel room in this price range and above.
