the pool was excellent to have given the recent temperatures in Carcasonne and the property was very spacious given there were 6 men sharing. great to have off road parking for the car and bikes. all the facilities were in the property including a washing machine which was eventually found by some of our group!

We spent one week in this exceptional place and had a too short but wonderful time! The bedrooms have large, comfortable, warm, and comfy beds. The kitchen is very well equipped, allowing us to cook and enjoy our meals like at home. BJ was very friendly, and he made himself available to us whenever we had a question. Very clean. Well equipped. Excellent location for the lake. Easy to get to other tourist sites such as the medieval city. There was a children's playground just a minutes walk.
