La amabilidad de Christine. El día de nuestra llegada los restaurantes del pueblo estaban cerrados y se ofreció a reservarnos en un pueblo vecino. También nos reservó la última noche de estancia en Au Rouge un restaurante muy recomendable de Ottrott. La habitación muy confortable y nueva. Los desayunos exquisitos servidos junto a la chimenea con jamón, queso, huevos, hojaldres recién horneados e incluso un bizcocho exquisito.

Great location and wonderful stay with free, safe parking inside. There was a bottle of local wine and lovely biscuits waiting for us on arrival - which was a nice treat!

Es un pueblo pequeño pero tienes de todo tienda y restaurante y a 8 minutos en coche, tienes supermercados más grandes,el pueblo es bonito ,los dueños muy amables nos dieron toda la información para movernos por la zona y nos dejaron un detalle de vino y galletas,el apartamento está muy bien equipado

Fabienne was a fantastic host. The house had everything we could have needed plus more. The location in such a charming village made the stay even better. We were able to explore, hike, relax and recharge. Great home base if looking to explore between Strasbourg and Colmar and all places in between. The fans is (almost) every room were highly appreciated given a heat wave swept through while we were there. Parking was very close as was a Patisserie, boulangerie and a very good restaurant. Fabienne had the fridge with Beer, soft drinks and a bottle of local wine ready for our arrival, which made for a incredibly nice touch. We were there for a week as part of a much longer trip with 8 people. The washer and dryer work well and came in incredibly handy

The apartment is located 5 minutes walk to the forest, which is a blessing for hikers and/or nature lovers. It was spotless and warm. The bedroom was cozy. The bed and pillows super comfortable. The thick winter blanket kept me warm at night, so no need to use the heater. The multi-functional kitchen/dinning room/living room was well-organized and had a huge window, through which the sunlight greeted me every morning. The fully equipped Kitchen had all the necessary to cook a hearty meal. By choice, I parked on the street, although I was offered other parking possibilities. Mrs. Habsiger spoke French and German, was a super host. She showed me different hiking trails and information about the region. Although mostly in French, there were some information also in German. When I hiked to Mount Saint Odilia, she walked with me to the entrance of the forest and explained to me how to go about. I found the trail without problem and even got rewarded with some chestnut trees, where I collected some for an evening snack. The town is about 15-20 minutes walking distance from the apartment. However, if you are a slow walker, it might take you longer. There is a Catholic Church, a butcher, and a small supermarket nearby. There are 31 different hiking trails in the region. There is a popular hike leading to Mount Saint Odilia, where visitors can also see her grave. You also get a fantastic panoramic view from this monastery. Whenever I am back in Ottrott, if the apartment is available, I will stay there.

Una pasada lo bonito del hotel, era de un ambiente rural precioso, las habitaciones amplias, muy cómodas, el baño genial, bien ubicado, el desayuno muy rico y generoso. Los dueños se merecen una mención especial, que gente más maravillosa, en todo momento nos hicieron sentir que éramos de casa, el trato fue de amigos y nos dio mucha pena tener que marcharnos, todo fabuloso y lo recomiendo sin dudar.
