Spacious apartment in quiet residential area. Bedrooms are all equal and a good size. Beds are comfortable. Shower is powerful and very good , Overall It is an airy, light apartment with the added bonus of external electric shutters on every window which allow a dark environment for a good nights sleep. A proper rest during your holidays! Supermarkets are nearby . Washer Dryer is modern and has a very large capacity. Fantastic days out: There are many trains to Paris Gare du Nord. If you love Paris, or have never been, then definitely go as train tickets bought in advance are good value and the trip is very comfortable. Another train ride to Arras and to the Carriere Wellington Museum and Tunnels . Very interesting as the tour was in groups of about 12 people, with a Guide going into the tunnels and retelling a planned attack during WWI. We hired bikes from Busyclette ( basement level of Amiens train station) and cycled along path through the Hortillonages. Fantastic value ( there is a high deposit per bike) but very relaxed cycle ride. Along the way, there's a unique bar/cafe directly on the cycleway where the owner brews his own beer and wine. Really chilled atmosphere! As a family of 5 adults, we had a lovely time in Amiens and the surrounding area.

This is not the largest property we have ever stayed in but it is beautifully equipped very comfortable and cosy. It sits in a quiet neighbourhood just on the outskirts of the city. It has everything you would require for a long stay and everything is of a good standard and very clean. It is well equipped with kitchen appliances and utensils. The beds are very comfortable. The property has a rear garden with outside deck space great for sitting and enjoying meals in. It is in a residential area but there there is private parking if you bring a car and bus routes into the city from the end of the street. Close by are bakery’s and a Lidl supermarket both within walking distance. The owner is extremely helpful and we had great communication with him. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Amiens and the Somme area and would happily return.
