Beautiful house a few kilometers away from the greenaway so an excellent stop for cyclists on the EV3. Bernice was a very kind and gracious hostess. We very much appreciated the cold drinks and the swimming pool at the end of a long, hot ride. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast and dinner were excellent.

The dinner was fantastic. I can't remember eating better. Pacal was helpful, kind and interesting/informative. The beds were great and the room was a good size. It has been hot and we were worried that there was no aircon, but it wasn't an issue, the beds were comfortable and the room was cool. Best sleep we've had after 17 days in France.

We felt welcome from the moment we passed through the automated gateway and parked the car. Our host, Becky was at the door to greet us and show us to the family rooms located at the top of the house. The room - more like a suite - was clean spacious and comfortable with a separate room for 2 single beds in addition to the double bed and separate bathroom. The pool is gorgeous with several of sunbeds round it. Here we met our other host, Lionel, who greeted us and asked if everything was good. It was. The venue is set in very lush green countryside and the hosts want to grow a wedding business there. They have a very sizeable formal tent structure and also a geodesic dome which contains table tennis, badminton and yoga mats among other things - and the space is perfect for entertaining children while the adults have fun in the pool/ wedding tent - or even the other way round! The venue also has a pool table and TV which we also made good use of during the evening, along with WIFI. Breakfast was included in the tarriff and was lovely, with fresh fruit, pastries, cereals, juices, tea and coffee. Our hosts could not do enough for us - they are excellent and highly recommended. English and French spoken. Very knowledgeable on the area too. The hotel is a few minutes from a lovely restaurant and which overlooks a hidden gem of a race track for both cars and karts - perfect for big kids from 13 to 93 with daily karting and regular track days.

We were later than expected to book in but our host was understanding and very friendly on arrival. The gite is very cozy and has everything needed for an overnight stay. The village is very quite and we had a great nights sleep. We would definitely recommend the gite to anyone travelling in/through the area.

We can't speak highly enough of this excellent place! Wonderful welcome and attention given by Christine and Claude. Accommodation in this beautifully restored house was very comfortable with a modern, spacious bathroom. Being able to wander round the garden in the afternoon and sit in the conservatory later on with a drink was brilliant. Food at the little routier restaurant 15 minutes up the road was fine for our evening meal.
