This was a great self contained cabin, one of two in our hosts garden. It felt as if it was new, with a very comfortable bed, a spotless bathroom and a well equipped kitchen area. Our host, Odile met us on arrival and was very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. We stayed 2 nights and each morning a delicious breakfast was delivered to our cabin at our chosen time. We came to do some bird watching and we were only a few minutes from the amazing Marquenterre Ornithology Centre. There is a lot more to explore in this area, and we are planning to come back with friends. Highly recommended.

We wanted to spend a couple of days at the Parc du Marquenterre Bird Sanctuary and the gîte was a short walk away. Perfect. The property was spotlessly clean, warm and the bathroom was fantastic. A great shower which was lovely after a long day walking. Supermarket and boulangerie a short drive away in Rue. Friendly and helpful owners. We will stay there again the next time we're in the area.
