We booked 3 rooms for a family holiday and found we had the stable block to ourselves along with the swimming pool and a fridge to cool drinks bought at a nearby Netto. The Prieurie Boutefol has lovely gardens along with seating around the pool. The hostess was charming, recommending restaurants and booking them for us. Our grandchildren loved Vladimir the cat, as well as the pain perdu for breakfast. There was plenty of parking and the location just off the motorway was easy to find and tranquil. Within 30 minutes of a variety of beaches ideal for children.

Hosts were perfect, so friendly and accommodating, they couldn't do enough for us. The gardens were lovely and spacious, our dog Louis loved them and also the walk with the owners dog, along the tree lined cycle path just through the little gate from the garden. The room was comfortable and spacious with a spa bath in the extra large ensuite. All in all very relaxing and enjoyable.

- modern and artsy interior - historical building - very friendly & careful homeowner - super nice breakfast - located very near to the city centre with restaurants, shops & tourist information - good parking situation in streets nearby (even over Whitsun holiday) - cute cat that belongs to the house - nice front yard to relaxe in - 20 mins to Deauville / 30 mins to Honfleur / 40 mins to Le Havre 100% recommendation

The location is wonderful: very quiet and rural but conveniently close to the A13 highway from Paris to Caen. A good place to visit the main WOII sites in Normandy from. The use of the pool of the owner is also very nice - it is well kept and of nice size with plenty of sunbeds on the side.
