We were family of 5. The apartment had one sleeping room with a double bed, and there were 2 big sofas in the living room comfortable for sleeping 4 people. The apartment is located at the edge of central Paris circle, but on the best city metro line 1, literally 100m from Metro station. Metro 1 is a major line that connects all major Paris amenities , and it's great for exploring Paris. Also, the apartment is just a 5-minute walk from RER A train station where it is a train to Disneland 30-minute ride which is also very convenient if you plann to visit Disneland park. Also, next to the apartment are 2 grocery stores where you can buy all kinds of food. The apartment is equipped with all that you need in case you want to prepare some meals. Overall, communication with the owner was through messages but was very clear and easy to find and access to the apartment. Everything was smooth from the beginning.

Good location (close to RER, metro, Vincennes city centre, shops etc), comfy bed, well equipped kitchen, pleasant illumination, velux windows, hot water, well heated, practical locking, communication with the owner (very responsive). I also appreciated the disposal of hair dryer and ironing bord. The description of the apartment from the owner is very fair and accurate. Yes, it is limited in size, but for me (166 cm and small size) it was comfortable enough. I also felt safe in every moment. The stairs to the 5th floor are not really a problem for an average fir person.
