Sitting by the fire in the evenings after a long hike or a day out was just perfect! • Lovely and warm for most of the evening whilst the heating is on. • Well stocked kitchen with clean and functional utensils and equipment. • Super quiet and rural location on a working farm in seemingly the middle-of-nowhere. • There's a neolithic burial chamber just across the field. • Property has several access roads and is close to Betws-y-coed. • Excellent communication with host. • The games room in the garage outside!

The accommodation was perfect for the two of us and our two small dogs. We loved the ‘upside-down’ nature of the property and the Jack-and-Jill bathroom set-up. Lovely waking up to the sound of birds and sheep.

We liked everything about the house, ts was exactly what we wanted and we've had the best week. The house and location were beautiful, my children loved the games room, meeting the donkeys and exploring the farm. We would definitely go back again.

The location was great for us - this was a family reunion so the location of the cottage made it easy for us to meet family in Betws-y-coed. Lovely and peaceful with the added bonus of ponies in the rear field behind the garden. Children loved the games room - great for teenagers. Cottage well equipped and open fire lovely after a day out. Would definitely stay again

Excellent… perfect… brilliant. Fabulous holiday in this most beautiful cottage.. so well equipped and maintained. Amazing five star accommodation. Every room beautiful and such helpful host( Eirian). Views outside were spectacular and we had the best break ever away from noise..
