Absolutely lovely hosts. Kindness, attention to detail and professionalism was first class. Best breakfasts I have had in B&B accommodation. The property is in a fabulous area with a lovely village just down the road and fantastic countryside in every direction. If I am again in the area it would be my first choice.

Location fabulous, far enough out to be away from it all while being only 10 mins away by car from Clitheroe for shopping. Pub/restaurant only a mile down the road. Clitheroe is lovely for a visit and there are lots of picturesque towns and villages and good walking/ cycling trails in the area, including a route up Pendle Hill from the back of the farm. Loved the cottage .. it was comfy and relaxing with a panoramic view. Rustic with wooden beams and wood burner as well as radiators (not needed when we went). Comfey beds. Cottage had all that was needed. Host John was very welcoming and friendly. Some comments I've read say hosts are not around. It is a working farm, but there's a notice in the cottage giving phone numbers to contact if need be. Various farm animals to interest families with children. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave.

The setting and views were spectacular. The accommodation was stunning, beautifully fitted out. Very modern and stylish.

The property was beautifully presented and welcoming. It had everything you needed for a home from home stay. There was tea, coffee, milk and a lovely goodies basket provided which were greatly appreciated. The beds were very comfortable. The shower was very good. The wifi was good enough for gaming and streaming tv. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Perfect location for us as we were attending a wedding at ‘The Out Barn’. The house is very modern with everything you need. It’s clean, comfy & we had good communication from the owners.
