Lovely place, clean, comfy bed, had everything we wanted. Good location, Only a 5/10 min drive into Windsor, depending on traffic. Well worth the money and would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location easy to park hotel accommodation in a beautiful location overlooking the green in Datchet with plenty of nice restaurants to choose from Italian Indian or pub food at the royal stag the hospitality and staff are fantastic at the hotel

Everything. The apartment is clean, modern and comfortable. The location is fantastic, a short walk from the Castle and on the route for the Changing of the Guard. Jonathan was communicative and was able to have us check in a couple of hours early,

This was our first stop of a 6-week driving trip, and I am writing this 6 weeks after we stayed there, so some details are fuzzy. The best things were certainly the price and the location. We only started booking lodgings in Apr-May before our Jun 6 arrival, so most things were already booked, and our choices in Windsor were few, so we definitely lucked out finding this one, esp since our budget criterion was to keep below $120 a night. Having a kitchen allowed us to avoid the high-priced restaurants in Windsor, which is a total tourist town with tourist prices (except for the Thai buffet down by the Theatre Royal) -- we could bring prepared food home from Marks & Spencer (the best takeout food in England IMHO). The apartment was comfortable and nicely furnished. We had expected it to be noisy, since the main street of town is right in front, but the noise didn't start till after 8 am or so. It was a reasonably short walk to the main part of town and to Windsor Castle, where we had booked advance tickets.
