Self catering - everything we needed was provided, including a generous welcome box. Despite chilly weather, the house was cosy and comfortable. The garage was an unexpected bonus! Excellent walking and local visits very accessible: we chose to use the car, but there's not a bad bus service.

The cottage was very clean and good quiet location. Hot tub was great. First night ate at pub next-door, good food and good atmosphere. Withernsea not far. Second night we had a choice of menus on board in the kitchen. Zaras India was very good and didn't take long to come.

Greeted by a lovely owner , wow what a cottage , beautifully decorated, lovely layout, spacious hallway/ landing . The bedrooms were so cosy, bedding and beds top quality , lovely kitchen with quality appliances, was touched with the eggs and drinks land chocolates left for us . The room was so cosy and log fire amazing. The outside garden ideal for our dog.

Exceptional value for money. Free WiFi smart TV with Disney,Netflix and prime included. Chalet was clean and tidy, a little small but everything you need.Comfy bed,really quiet site. Wendy very attentive and friendly even leaving cakes and biscuits for our arrival! Would recommend for a restful break. Hoping to return later in year. Thanks Wendy.

First time staying here and what a Fantastic couple of nights we had. The chalet is lovley and modern , lots of extras and a huge bonus there was a highchair for our baby. Location was ideal , especially with the kids park more or less outside the chalet , the kids were able to go play and we watch them from ghe window, they loved seeing the rabbits running around , such a lovley site ! Hosts friendly and informative , and we're on hand for any questions. We are already wanting to book again, thankyou for a lovley break ☺️
