The property is exactly as described. It was spacious, well maintained, furniture was not worn, appliances were all late model and functional. Driving in from Heathrow with GPS and a postcode, even at night, it was easily located and close to a main road. Access to shops, fuel and amenities is all within a few minutes drive. Given that it was winter, it was perfectly heated and easily adjusted with a thermostat There are two bedrooms and bathrooms both with showers, one shared, one of which is ensuite to the double bed master bedroom, the other bedroom is a small single. Location wise, it is perfect for any families wanting to visit Royal Holloway University or the Egham / Windsor area. Central London is accessible by car (roughly 40mins - 1 hour one way depends on traffic/local knowledge and where you park). Parking at the property is just outside the main entrance and spacious with clearly labelled twin spaces. The property felt very secure. There is a LIFT/ELEVATOR which is a huge bonus if you have heavy or large luggage. Both master bedroom and living room have properly sized flat screen TVs and cable. Kitchen is well equipped and includes oven, microwave and dedicated freezer, laundry is washer dryer and fully functional. The documentation and instructions for appliances, utilities and amenities is comprehensive. All in all 5 stars and we have stayed in many similar properties.

Well appointed 2 bedroom apartment. We got the ground floor unit which opens out to the yard. Very convenient when you are travelling with heavy luggage. It is a 5 min walk to Egham High Street. Very convenient

The apartment was clean , comfortable and equipped with basic utilities such as laundry machine , kitchen , stove , oven etc. Owner Nazar was very friendly and helpful. Responded fast to my messages and questions. Apartment is also conveniently located nearby (100 meter away) from Tesco , Waitrose supermarket , Egham High Street shops and a few eateries (e.g. Starbucks , Subway , Papa John, Burger King). It is only 20 meter walk to Egham train station. Myself and family enjoyed our 2 weeks stay.

We went as a family to make the use of our merlin passes and that we did. The location was fantastic to all 3 theme parks and 2 min walk to train station for london, plenty of pubs, restaurants, take outs and shops, supermarkets. The apartment had everything a family needs to cook, bath and sleep ( super comfy bed ) and the internet was fantastic which was brilliant to keep my lad entertained on evening with his Xbox well I deserved some peace and relaxation after the hectic days. Also fabulous commutation from the hosts thank you again.

The host was great, the comfort of the house, the 2 bathrooms. Position is also great, being 5 minutes walk from the center of the Town and 10 minutes walk from the train station.
