Great location and very comfortable and spacious for 6 people. The accommodation was well stocked with the basics, including a lot of firewood which makes it a fantastic countryside retreat! Brilliant view of the castle as well. Would highly recommend for either a summer or winter getaway.

Clean, well appointed, friendly and welcoming hosts. Everything we needed was there, and a few unexpected extras such as pantry items topped off a top spot. The downstairs bedroom was extremely quiet. In the upstairs one, a light sleeper might be advised to have earplugs as the church bell rings on the hour and there can be morning traffic, but a light sleeper would probably have them as a matter of course. Certainly much quieter than many places that advertise as quiet. Good parking provided. No hesitation recommending.
