Great location for exploring the area. Accommodation is clean and comfortable. Pet friendly although we don't have a pet. All the things like doggy poo bags and bowls were supplied. Didn't have to contact the hosts as everything was supplied and working. Would definitely use this place again as we loved it .

With panoramic views of the countryside, Kescoweth bed and breakfast is surrounded by hiking trails, fishing spots and cycling routes.

Location was a little out in the countryside but we did not have any trouble finding it. So peaceful, comfortable bed, fantastic breakfast. Good reading lamps. Lovely people. Wifi a bit sketchy upstairs but downstairs one could connect well.

Nice and homely room very clean bed comfy shower ensuite very modern . Adam the owner was very welcoming and friendly . He thought we were coming to see the festival it was a bonus as we didn't know anything about it. Having the use of the kitchen was good microwave ,cooker, fridge freezer. great weekend. There is a Washing machine tumble dryer we didn't use it .

Charleton Farm Cottages, feriebolig i Montrose

Situated within 13 km of Lunan Bay and 45 km of Glamis Castle in Montrose, Charleton Farm Cottages features accommodation with seating area.

This was our home base for adventures along the east coast of Scotland. It was perfect for journeying out to Dunnatar Castle, Aberdeen, Glamis Castle, St. Cyrus Beach ( be sure to go to the Old Bakery Cafe!!!), all the sites in Montrose and a quick stop at Aldi’s for food and snacks. We stayed in Laundry Cottage ( 3 adults and 2 children) and we had two beds left over; very spacious and kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfy and shower pressure was good. Two bathrooms was an extra bonus. Really fantastic playground for the kids and great breakfast at their little cafe. Our private hot tub was awesome on those chilly fall nights! we were there for five days and I could have stayed longer, might be busier during the summer but fall was perfect, quiet and private. LOVED IT! .

    It was very close to where I needed to be, it was really clean, quiet, and well set up. It would work well for a longer stay, more than mine, more than a week.
