We were met outside and everything was explained really well. Generous breakfast things provided - butter, bread, milk, cereals, jams. Very spacious and well maintained. Very quiet. Good tv with lots of channels, netflix, catch ups etc

We had a wonderful week at the Smallthorns Barn, which is located within walking distance of the beautiful village of Clipston. Rachel gave us a warm welcome, and the converted barn is spacious, well equipped, elegant and has beautiful views over the fields. We look forward to staying again.

Me and my partner had an amazing weekend. Graham and Allison went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we need. It is obvious how much they care for their guests. The location is also beautiful. Perfect for anyone in need of a break from everyday chaos!

I did not eat breakfast due to my tight schedule maybe next time. I am not an early bird when it comes to breakfast. I normarly start my meals around 10 am which might not be ideal for others. BreaKfast was offered but it was too early for me so did not have breafast therefore I cant coment on it.
