Fantastic gated location in a small courtyard through an arch. Property used to be the vicarage for the adjacent church, out-buildings being converted to luxury cottages. Diane is lovely and upgraded us to the stables. We spent Christmas there and we were greated with Christmas chocolates, fruit and a Christmas tree, lovely touch. Host could not have made us feel more welcome. On Christmas Day we cooked dinner with all the trimmings on the Aga stove which was a novelty. Bath had spar pool vents in it which added a bit more luxury. All the fixtures and fittings were top quality and spotlessly clean. We did not want to leave. We also had the pleasure of Symba (Diane’s lovely Tom cat) most evenings which was great because we were missing our own. Will definitely be back.

The conversion of The Studio has been really carefully thought out. Everything was spotless and high quality. The host was very welcoming and helpful. The back door opened onto a distant view of the sea. There was a place to sit outdoors in the shelter of the Old Vicarage walled garden. The location was ideal as it gave easy access to the coast path and hills. The village shop was convenient although limited choice. A bus runs hourly during the summer months giving access to more coast and St Ives, Landsend, Penzance.

superb modern property. Well equipped with everything you could imagine, very well thought out by owners. Property is light and airy and spotlessly clean. the beds are comfortable, the towels thick and fluffy. Plenty of hot water and a fresh pint of milk on arrival in the fridge. 2 parking spaces and clear instructions for all appliances.

Location to die for. Standing stones, Men-an-tol easy to reach/moors. Pendeen Lighthouse a lovely walk/wild and typical Cornwall. It was so peacecul and a true getaway. Nice touches with wine and fudge!
