This place truly exceeded our expectations! It has everything you might want for a relaxing stay away from busy city life: a fireplace, a hot tub, an insanely comfortable couch and bed, a fully equipped kitchen, big glass windows to enjoy that unobstructed panorama view, as well as a beautiful surrounding area for walks. The hosts were super sweet and made sure he found everything to our satisfaction, and even left a little care package for us upon arrival (the best porridge oats I have ever had btw!). As coffee nerds, we also really appreciated the speciality coffee and an espresso machine instead of the average pod coffee machine. I cannot recommend it enough! Will be back for sure!

Exactly as described. No shortage of logs or hot water. Plenty of towels and robes were a nice touch. Good welcome pack and a well equipped kitchen including cleaning products. Super clean and very nicely presented.

After booking we were sent a lot of very useful information about the area and facilities, restaurants, cafés, bars, takeaways and shops etc. We have stayed twice before, so we knew exactly what to expect.

Graham and Hillary were wonderful hosts. They were extremely helpful and informative. The guesthouse is situated in a perfect location within walking distance to kelso Town centre. We had a very comfortable stay and thoroughly enjoyed the homemade breakfast.

Lovely cottage, comfortable and clean, cosy and warm. Perfect location, able to walk into town. Parking wasn't a problem either. A lot of thought has gone into making this place as nice as it is.
