Beautiful house with so much space and great communal areas. We stayed in the winter and the log burner and living room fire made it so cosy. Also had use of the outdoor pizza oven which was fab. Perfect for a big group of friends. Lovely walks from the door with local pubs to stop at. Dog friendly too. Large bedrooms with plenty of bathrooms and en-suites. Kitchen had everything we needed and can also get takeaways and food shop deliveries to the door. Awesome countryside views from the house.

Everything - the cottage has been renovated really well to a high spec. Welcome basket is a really nice touch. Location close to three good pubs/restaurants. Communication good throughout.

A lovely, large house with plenty of character and facilities. We loved having a nosey around at all the bits and bobs including loads of books. The location was great too. The photos don't do it justice.

Very spacious, beds are really comfy, rooms are great, clean throughout and also has a lot of essential items like iron, hair dryer, tea/coffee etc. We struggled to locate the property at first but got a response straight away when we contacted. Parking is great and area is quiet as well and very local to Clitheroe center.

Beautiful little cottage. Close to local pubs post office and village hall. Everything you need is fully equipped for romantic, walking weekend. Would definitely recommend.

Very close to the centre of Clitheroe, so very handy for walking to the shops and other attractions in the town. Lovely old house, oozing character and charm. Very comfortable. Quiet location.
