Dimitris met us with a warm smile and welcomed us like a long lost member of the family. He showed us around and made sure we were completely settled and established. He provided us with a fully stocked fridge and kitchen and even booked us a table at his recommended local seafood restaurant, which was fantastic. He even went and got additional keys cut for us due to the needs of our group. A wonderful home away from home. The home was perfect and beautifully spacious. Thank you Dimitris! We look forward to staying with you again next year.

Alojamiento agradable con cama doble y sofa cama de dos alturas en salon grande. Aire acondiconado correcto pues hacía todavia calor. Cocina equipada con casi todos los accesorios. Planta baja que no tenias que subir escaleras ni ascensor. Se aparca en las cercanias sin problemas. Al lado de 2 bares para comer o cenar comida tipica del pais con terrazas agradables y horario de cierre acorde a los gustos españoles jeje. Barbacoa de obra pero no nos dió tiempo a usarla. Jardin cuidado para sobremesas y tiempo de ocio.

We had a fantastic time! The owners, Maria and Yiannis were extremely accommodating and made us feel like home! The room was very spacious and even though it’s not the newest building, it’s location more than makes up for it! Our room was literally 10 steps away from the beach 😊😊 The tavern located on the ground floor was simply amazing with the best greek food i’ve ever tasted! Huge bravo to chef Thanassis! We’ll definitely be back next year!

We passed through Livanatai for just one night en route to Athens, and we chose Florakis because it looked comfortable, clean and lovely with its beautiful plants on its terrace. It was all that and more - the host was super-helpful, the location was very central and convenient, and the room was clean and comfortable. Definitely recommended!
