We had a fantastic time! The owners, Maria and Yiannis were extremely accommodating and made us feel like home! The room was very spacious and even though it’s not the newest building, it’s location more than makes up for it! Our room was literally 10 steps away from the beach 😊😊 The tavern located on the ground floor was simply amazing with the best greek food i’ve ever tasted! Huge bravo to chef Thanassis! We’ll definitely be back next year!

The vila has a nice garden and it is in Kalipso village, the apartaments are ok, very big balconies with seaside view in most of the rooms, each room has AC, the furniture is a bit old, but this is not an incovenient from my point of view, we had a very nice stay, comfortable and the owners are very nice and helpful. The beach is very close, the water is hot, there are big rocks on the beach and near to the shore, but after 2 meeters the sea has sand on the bottom- children liked it. There are trees and umbrelas and benches on the shore, but if you have your own sunbed chiar, is even better. There is a restaurant right in front of the villa and another next to it. The parking is by the road, in front of the villa or nearby. There is no shop in the area, you can go by car to buy things from Arkitsa or Livanates. You can also walk by the sea to Arkitsa- around 40-60 minutes walk. The entire area is not turistic, but this is what we liked very much :). You can also find sand beaches in Arkitsa, 5 minutes by car. I trully recommend this villa.

We have been traveling around Greece with the whole family for a month now. And this is the most beautiful place we have stayed during all this time! Everything is connected here: a cozy and spacious house, amazing view of the sea and mountains, the smells of pines and eucalyptus trees growing around. And most importantly, you are constantly surrounded by care and love, because the owner's parents live on the ground floor! They are amazing and kind people! All week long we had the feeling that we were visiting our grandparents! They were regaling our children with juices and cookies, and brought a large bag of toys for the beach. It also coincided that in this place we celebrated our wedding day, and in this morning we were presented with delicious wine and fragrant flowers! And when we went to swim in the sea, they secretly washed our car, covered with dust from many Greek roads!!! In general, there are not enough words to express our heartfelt emotions! We've been home! Come to this house and you will feel love and happiness! Ευχαριστώ!!!

Dimitris met us with a warm smile and welcomed us like a long lost member of the family. He showed us around and made sure we were completely settled and established. He provided us with a fully stocked fridge and kitchen and even booked us a table at his recommended local seafood restaurant, which was fantastic. He even went and got additional keys cut for us due to the needs of our group. A wonderful home away from home. The home was perfect and beautifully spacious. Thank you Dimitris! We look forward to staying with you again next year.

Firstly we were 4 hours late to collect the keys (the flooding rain the previous few days in Greece turned our drive from 3 hours to 9 hours and we had no phone to advise) for which we apologised. The owner came back to the house, quite cheerfully, to let us in. In its favour it was opposite the beach which the balcony overlooked. The furniture setting could have been better. There are various restaurants and taverns in the area, one very close which was not open when we were there. The area was quiet - though the neighbours weren't. We were so tired after a very stressful day of driving nothing would keep us awake.
