The house and the view are extraordinary beautiful. I have seen a lot of hotels and Airbnb’s, but this lovely villa is so well build with so much attention and love - never seen before. Very, very nice interior as well. Very clean and they have thought of everything that you could need. What made our stay on forgettable is the best host (Kitsa) ever!!! She is extremely friendly, helpful, funny…and feels immediately as a good friend. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely come back. Thank you so much for feeling at home like this, Kitsa! Fantastiskt litet hus med väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam värdinna, ligger i de vackraste omgivningarna en bit bort från turiststråkens stök o turbulens,ändå nära till havet och en förtjusande liten by,Sivas,som har en söt liten affär med en trevlig ägarinna,caféer,några restauranger. Bil är ett måste pga läget.

Unique view and privacy. The house is absolutely secluded on the hill, with incredible view - sea, mountains (Psiloritis included) and the plateau of Messara with its villages and olive grooves. The house is beautifully constructed of stone and there is large, fenced space around - easy to park a car (or more than one). Large, deep pool with all this fantastic view. Very friendly dogs on the neighbouring plot (property of the same owners).

Lovely peaceful spot . lots of privacy, beautiful views. Interesting house and reasonable sized pool. Friendly, well behaved cats ( part of the Cretan experience)but don't feed them if you're not keen on their company

Halkidio House is lovely - it looks to be an old house that has been fully modernised and well decorated. We had no problems with the WiFi - it all worked perfectly, The air conditioning was great - we gave it a blast when it got a bit hot. We took a dip in the pool every morning and then took a cup of tea on to the roof-top to warm up and admire the amazing views. The BBQ area on the ground floor was clean and well equipped. The gated parking space was definitely an added bonus - easy to park the car and load/unload after a beach day. Great location for visiting the area - a very short distance to Matala and other beaches and sights. Lots of places to eat within walking distance, if you don't want to drive. Fantasic hosts with helpful and very friendly communication.

don’t know how to start: by the Kind support and friendliness of the host or the very pretty house with the two terraces located at a calm place, fully equipped to fit with the daily needs you may have? everything thought through, well maintained and clean, we will come again, for sure!

Everything was perfect! The house and the garden are pleasant, like the swimming pool... Nikol is full of kind attentions. Very well located in the nice and authentic village of Sivas.
