18th- 25th October 2023 An unforgettable stay for all the right reasons. From the moment of our late arrival on the evening of the 18th we were made so very welcome, the warmth and generosity of our hosts Christina and Vasilis at our first meeting continued throughout our stay. A wonderful location close enough to the airport and the city for convenience and yet distant enough to feel , ‘away from it all’. With every facility to hand, lovely grounds, a great view and super pool, what more could one ask ! A memorable time made even more so by special people.

A great place to stay. A lot of space and it has everything you could ever need. Air condition in all bedrooms. My kids said they felt at home :-) The host is very helpful!!

The house has a great architecture and everything inside is custom made to perfectly fit the house. The quality level is for sure: luxury. There is plenty of space even for 7 people, if 3 of them sleep in the living room. We were 4 and felt like in a pallas. There are large terraces overlooking the arport and city, an incredible view. The kitchen is fully equiped if you want to save some money and eat inside. There are a lot of towells which are large enough and very soft. The bathroom has a plethora of shampoos and shower gels even buble bath solution. The windows are hard wood and the have mosquito nets and sun screens. The security is 100% with not one but 3 automatic gates, one for the house and 2 for the exists to the 2 strees you can access. Outside there are olive trees, lemon trees, lots of flowers, ping pong table, bicicles, swings. We were greeted with wice, fruit, nuts, dried fruit and pretsels. The owner is kind and helpfull, giving us lots of usefull information and even gave use a cake when he got one for himself.

If you like crowds then this property is not for you. The accommodation is perfect for a real vacation and if you like to explore more beaches. The kitchen has all the equipment. The owner extended our stay on the last day.

It was a real pleasure to stay at Villa Elena … and special thanks to Konstantinos, who managed everything for us, even the necessary Covid-Test for our return flight. The house offers everything we need and the garden with the pool looks like a small Paradise. It took 25 Min. to the (small) Beach in Peraia by foot and it took 5 Minutes back by taxi (5 EUR or less) - that’s what we preferred, because the streets go up to villa Elena. The location is superb, because it is so calm and you have a fantastic few to Thessaloniki from the upper balcony. To visit the City we took the ferry from the jetty in Peraia to the White Tower in the Center of Thessaloniki (it takes 50 Min. and it costs 5 EUR each way). We will come back! The property is nice and peaceful, gives a sense of privacy and safety due to private parking and all the the surrounding trees. it’s also has a nice garden area and the house it self has a nice out place with bbq and a quiet relaxing area. it was clean and had all amenities we needed.
