The property was maintained impeccably. The owner was on site cleaning the pool almost every day. There were serious winds coming and bringing dust from the Sahara desert that covered most of Greece. Therefore, the pool required more maintenance. He did it all.

Our host, Giorgos, was extremely hospitable. He met us at the local petrol station as access was down an unmarked road and provided a wonderful welcome package including a large fruit bowl and two bottles of wine. On the final evening he provided a tasty box of pastries. The apartment is beautifully renovated with a Minoan theme and good cooking facilities.
