Host very nice and helpfull, took care of all the details. Apartment very clean, well equiped and well located. We highly recommend it.

Close to the beach. Quiet place. Rooms with air-conditioning. Nice decoration. Our room was without a kitchen but we had a little fridge, a microwave, an electric kettle and some dishes. Wifi is also good. There is a nice backyard for chilling or having food. There is also a coffee machine and capsules. There are some bicycles in the garden that we can use to go around. There is no shampoo in the room but there is plenty of shampoo, sun cream, body lotion, etc to take from the laundry room. The host Mirko is very friendly and he picked us up from the airport after midnight at a reasonable price.

Nice location just outside Zadar on a marina. Close to a decent beach, fun rocky swimming area and beach bar. Friendly host. Easy off-road parking.

We had a great experience staying at the apartment. Everything was good and we enjoyed our time there. The hosts were very kind and helpful. We were going to the market every day to get some fresh fish. The airport was conveniently close and there were also shops nearby. We definitely plan on coming back again.

The property is stunning, very clean, super well maintained and the garden is beautiful, the HOSTS were amazing and very friendly. After I checked in they left and I had a minor issue with a door, I called them on the intercom and they came down and resolved it straight away, turns out I was being silly but I didn’t want to force it closed :( I also bumped into what I believe is there son walking his dog a few times In the evening, He was also super friendly. It’s right opposite the ocean. If you come out the property’s front gate and take a right follow the path and it goes along the coastal path to the old town, around 30 mins, it’s a beautiful walk and watching the sunset was amazing. Zadar is absolutely stunning and this place does it justice. Would I return here when coming back to Zadar, 100% YES !!!

Good people manage this facility. We were allowed to check in earlier and it was great because that day the weather was extremely hot. Our studio was exactly the same we booked it. Everything that is needed was already there, esp. kitchenette. The location is marvelous - near the beach and in quiet place, while Zadar old city is 40-55 min away by foot walking the coastline with beautiful view.

The apartment is situated in a calm beautiful district not far from the sea. It is a 20-minute walk from the city center along the picturesque seaside! The apartment is spacy and clean with a large and comfortable bed. We enjoyed our stay there.
