The location is breathtaking, especially since my friend and I had the room with a nice sized balcony so we could see the city and sea below. The room itself was wonderful, with a comfortable bed and large wardrobe (there was a mini fridge in there too!) to hang our clothes in. The bathroom was very clean with well-stocked towels and toilet paper. This home is the only house on a big portion of the street, so it's private and quiet. Breakfast was wonderful, with a variety of foods to choose from and even eggs made sunny side up! The little garden area by the breakfast tables is very peaceful too. Our stay was really pleasant overall. The property owner/caretaker was also really nice and offered to do a load of our laundry for a small fee, which was helpful as we were on the final leg of our journey and needed some fresh clothes. There was also a Super Nintendo that unfortunately we didn't have time to use in the entryway of the property!

The apartment is very nice and spaciouse. Comfortable beds, private patio with BBQ and balcony made our stay relaxing and peaceful. Would recommend for big family or two families, looking for privacy and comfort.

+ Excellent location to make daytrips to Splitvice lakes, Postojna caves & castle, Porec, Krk island, Zagreb etc + The apartment is brand new with all facilities which one would like to have (airco, dish washer with tablets, washing machine etc). The finishing of the apartment is done with good quality and a sharp eye for detail + The kids enjoyed the marvelous pool which the host is so kind to clean daily in the early morning withous us even noticing his visits + The hosts are very hospitable looking for the guests to have a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The hostess was very nice and accommodating. Beautiful apartment, well-equipped kitchen, everything functional. Everything was available in the apartment, including dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent. There were insect nets on all the windows and electronic repellants were also available.

The property is on the top of the hill and between Rijeka and Opatija. The location is good, and the owner of the house is sweet.
