Magnificent and functional new villa in a quiet location with excellent views. In reality it is even more beautiful and spacious than the photos. Inside there are 5 comfortable bedrooms with en suite bathroom each and a large living room and kitchen. Outside there is parking, a swimming pool with sun loungers and a terrace with a large dining table and gas barbecue (special thanks). There is a local winery nearby for wine tasting and two supermarkets just a short drive away. The lovely hosts make a great addition to the experience, there were two bottles waiting for us in the wine fridge and we were allowed to stay longer as there were no guests after us. Will definitely be back for a longer stay.

The house is large and very clean. The pool is nice. From the terrace and pool, the view is on trees with mountains in the distance. So, the garden is quite isolated from neighbor view. The host Bjorn was not present when we arrived, but he sent the code of the house well before our arrival. He was also supportive when there was an issue with the pool that was quickly fixed. The equipment of the villa is very good. We had a very pleasant stay.

Wonderful hideout in the nature with a lovely pool and a great host. The place is perfectly located in the heart of Istria making your journey to any city at the sea side no longer than 50min. Very comfy beds and accommodation, and we were amazed to find a jakuzzi in the room, shower cabin and 2 sinks - simply perfect for a couple!

Privat room and bathroom. Shared areas are kitchen, livingroom and multiple terraces. Everything clean and with good equipment. The outside is perfect, swimming pool and garden very nice and clean. The owner is very nice and helpful, she is always around in case you need something. We enjoyed a lot our stay.
