Great place. The owner (Nano, I hope I spell it correctly) is very friendly and willing to help at any time (he also owns a restaurant on the beach). The rooms are specious, comfortable, balcony and large bathroom. I found the place very clean, and cleaning service is available upon request. The location is fantastic, very close to the heart of Patnem (one great street that leads to the beach with many shops around). Tons of restaurants, cafes and groceries nearby, plus the TikTok service who can take you to lovely Palolem, which you can walk if the weather is good, only 3 KM distance. I highly recommend the place. Not the cheapest one, but value for the money is the best. We'd love to come back again.

Loved the position of the bungalows, right on the beach, in the middle of the nature. The position is strategically placed between Palolem and Patnem, both at walking distance, and extremely calm. Close to restaurants and bars but still giving the full feeling of being in contact with nature (you won't be awaken by a clacson but rather by the birds). Not luxury in the typical sense, but extremely confortable, spacious and amazing overall. On top of this, great hospitality from Alstid, extremely helpful to provide great tips and helping during the whole stay!
