The decor was amazing, the views over the Tuscan hills were a sight for the eyes. The location was rural but you don’t feel too far out. Chris our host couldn’t do enough l, very welcoming and was a huge help for nearby coffee shops and the best local restaurants.

This is GREAT place. You want believe me the first day, but stay longer and you will understand what i'm saying. First things first, the house is only for you and there are no other guests. Only the owners family live in the other house. The next house is few hundred meters away. That means, there is really quiet, no neighbours, no noise. We slept great there. The beds are very, very comfortable. There is no air conditioning, but there are mosquito nets in almost all widows, so you can leave windows open. The inside was allways cool, even without air conditioning, and the air was fresh. For me, mosquito nets are more important than AC. There is table with canopy just outside the door - it was very nice to eat breakfast and dinner there. And there is swimming pool - the best swimming pool we had so far. It's big - you can really swim in it - and it's allways clean. Luca has a special robot to clean the swimming pool constantly. In many places you can have swimming pools, but there are often small and dirty. But this one is big, clean and only for you! My children loved it. Wifi worked great, no problem with Netflix in fullHD. The next shop is 5min away (with car), in 10-15min you can reach Cortona - very nice small town. Less than an hour away is Arezzo and Siena, in 40 minutes you can reach Montepulciano and Pienza, and Lucignano... If you like sightseeing, it's good base.

This beautiful property is surrounded by wheat and sunflower fields. If you're looking for terraces of wine grapes you'll need to go elsewhere. The hosts are attentive and work hard. Dimitri is also the chef and produces remarkable dinners. We spent two nights and had dinner on the lawn both evenings.The overall grounds are attractive and the swimming pool is especially nice.

Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. Booking was easy and exceptional value for money. The hosts were kind and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Gastón and Andrea even helped us with travelling to the train station as we had arrived from Milan. Upon arrival the house was perfectly clean and comfortable, with all the commodities we could have needed like towels, cooking equipment, salt, oil etc. The hosts even provided a clothes horse and detergent so that we could clean our clothes (we had been on some very muddy walks to a nearby festival so this was much appreciated). The garden was beautiful and well maintained, we made good use of the hot tub and Andrea and Gastón ensured it was clean and ready for us each day. Thank you so much to you both for a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back if we get the opportunity and highly recommend this home to any travellers to Tuscany.
