The house is beautiful, super clean and has everything you need for a holiday. The location is great with gorgeous views and a cool breeze day and night. The pool area is even better than the photos show. The land, fruit trees and BBQ made the time spent at the property super enjoyable. Above all the hosts are respectful, informative and generous. Hopefully we will be back next summer!

Our stay at Crapa Licca on Sicily was an absolute dream come true! Nestled not too far from Palermo, this charming villa offered the perfect blend of relaxation, hospitality, and culinary delight that left us truly enchanted. From the moment we arrived, Rosario and his wife Stefana, the hosts of Crapa Licca, welcomed us with open arms and warm hearts. Their genuine care and attention to our every need made us feel like treasured guests. Every day was a gastronomic journey as they prepared exquisite 4-course meals in true Sicilian style. Rosa Maria and her family are lovely, caring people. The room is large, comfortable and has a generous en suite with good hot water pressure in the shower.. The view is of a charming stone alley, very central to town and close to the Castello di Caccamo; the oldest Norman castle in Sicily (Italy?) Sat TV, Aircon, Fridge in the room...a lovely stay with lovely hosts.

An authentic Italian house with a breathtaking view over the castle of Caccamo. Lovely location, house with the kitchen and all cooking utensils.Also there few nice restsurant and takeaways few steps Breakfast includes Coffee and lovely pastry in the Cafe Royal just across the road. We stayed few nights while visiting Cefalu and Palermo. Caccamo castle is worth a visit,it's around £6 adult ticket.We did not go to the lake,but it looked beautiful and offers some kayaking and fishing experiences. The local churches are amazing too.Overall,very nice location,that gets overlooked by tourists.

Modern design, comfortable bed, good shower, spacious. Helpful hosts, willing to help with your problems. Great location. We made a mistake and choose a room with internal courtyard view, better to chose castle view rooms. host was very nice to offer us upgrade to a bit better room, on second floor, free of charge, unfortunately all rooms with Castle view were occupied.
