White Room: More than adequate for my needs. Sabrina is a perfect hostess and helped with all of my requirements (including picking me up as taxis are quite expensive). The room was clean, comfortable, and well ventilated. I don't drive so I enjoyed plenty of exercise. Public transport is not far away for me. Best have a car for most tourists.

The location of the accommodation was very easy to find. We were greeted on arrival and settled quickly. The hosts were very available to help and advise. We felt very much at home from home from the beginning. The house was very clean open and spacious. There is a private garden to the rear. The rooms are very big and well furnished. The sitting room was comfortable with a large tv. The kitchen was very well equipped and it would be possible to created substantial meals. Lovely views all around. The bedroom was large with comfortable bed lots of storage and hangers full length mirror. Bathroom was very big and had a washing machine. Outside was a safe parking area, the access is via a secure gate. The swimming pool is lovely perfect size and depth, There are sun bathing beside the pool and lovely trees to provide shade. There are also areas outside the house to relax have a drink or eat or just relax. Our hosts Roberto and Patrizia are very charming friendly and helpful. It felt like staying with friends. They have 3 lovely friendly dogs golden retrievers who are lovely friendly and well behaved. Overall the Casa is a haven of tranquillity . It has optimum facilities. We were able to relax by the pool or do excursions to nearby Vinci and San Miniato as well as Montecarlo. It is close to a large town with many facilities. Thank you Roberto and Patrizia
