The place is just perfect in every aspect, I only recommend. A family owned place - the hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment itself is located in an old mill, the atmosphere is unique. It's huge and cosy, well furnished. It's also a in great location, Lucca and Pisa are just 15 min away, even the sea is reachable in 30 min. There is a really good restaurant in walking distance. It was one of our best stays ever.

Everything and more had been catered for. The villa is stunning. Simonetta and her family are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble, even down to the cake that had been freshly baked for our arrival! Can't wait to stay there again soon.

Breakfast was excellent, not typical for Toscana area we really enjoyed it. The owner was helpful with all information's that we needed to made our stay even more pleasant.

Very new, spacious and beautifully furnished accommodation. The host and his family were always available in case we needed something and checked themselves whether everything was in order. But at the same time they were very discreet. In addition to the beautiful small house we lived in, we also had a large garden with sunbeds and our own terrace with seating and a grill available to us. Parking right in front of the house on your own land is also no problem. The house does not have Wi-Fi, but this is all stated in the description and, on the contrary, it leads to an even better rest from the surrounding world. Big cities - Lucca and Pisa are very close to reach. The accommodation definitely exceeded our expectations!
