The rooms are great, they look wonderful, the beds are comfortable and there is a nice touch from the host with fruits and drinks. The property has a wonderful view, better than the pictures. The hosts are lovely, very friendly and the breakfast at the property was delicious, fresh and many options to choose. Highly recommend both the place and the breakfast.

Amazing location, one-of-a-kind experience. The picture is exactly what Porto di Clanezzo looks like but actually it's more beautiful than any picture can capture. Beautiful room with amazing view. It is one of the most unique properties I have stayed at in my four trips to Italy.

The owner was very helpful and nice. Always ready to answer messages on Booking and provide information. The place is located in some industrial zone but there is a peaceful park in a close area. It was beyond blissful to go for a walk here! The room was cosy and clean. Potable water, coffee, tea, milk and some sweet breakfast stuffs were available. Smoking area outside. There were also business cards with some recommended restaurants to go which was super helpful! It was warm and cozy inside. I see there are some comments with complaints about noises: the room is located in the owners' house and there are LIFE SOUNDS that are quite normal, at least for me. I didn't mind it at all.
