Vanni and his family have really exceeded our expectations. Even before we reached AgriRelais, Vanni proved to be the perfect host. We had a minor incident coming over -- one that could have easily spoiled our family vacation. Vanni came to our rescue and helped us sort out everything. This level of service is very difficult to come by today. AgriRelais is brand new, equipped with all the necessary amenities, extremely clean and offers a very comfortable stay. The breakfast is sumptous, offering a wide range of choices, including freshly-baked pastries by the family. The room is spacious, the beds are comfortable and the WiFi is stable. It is nestled in a quiet place but is strategically located to visit nearby towns. It is our first time in Abruzzo and we are so happy to have stayed here. This has been a memorable family vacation, thanks also to our experience in AgriRelais San Giovanni. I cannot recommend this place enough. Nice well kept home. We were met by the owner in the village who guided us to the parking near the home. It's a short walk to the main square. However it's uphill so beware to those with health issues. Some homes in the village are abandoned but the village is nevertheless well kept. There's a supermarket along with restaurants, a pharmacy and a gelato counter in the village square. The home was quite big and had all the required amenities except for tv and wifi which was fine with us as we wanted to relax.

So glad we decided to make Capestrano and Casa Fisolare our home base for our first trip to Abruzzo! The charming historic village is centrally located for the many easily driveable day trips we made. The apartment/home is roomy, well-equipped and artistically decorated with a full bath for each bedroom and full kitchen. The views of the town and Tirino valley and Gran Sasso mountains are stunning. But the warm, gracious host’s Simonetta and Franco are the heart of what made it a perfect stay. Can’t say enough. We loved it and want to go back.
